The Church and Convent of Santa Catalina is a convent of cloistered nuns located in the city of Cuzco, Peru. It is located 100 meters southeast of the Plaza de Armas on the site where, during the Inca era, the palace of the Acllawasi was located.

Since 1975 it has also functioned as a museum with a permanent exhibition of canvases from the Cusco School.
